What You Will Achieve
The HCP Products and solutions team provides a comprehensive suite of technology solutions to enhance the Health Care Provider experience. Experiences include all aspects of medical information on products, preventative care, disease awareness, diagnosis, treatment options, payment assistance, side effect management, care programs, adherence assistance, and long-term maintenance of care.
HCP Products and solution team is driven to ensure that every doctor, pharmacist, or other appropriate stakeholder in the system are given easy access to the information and tools that they need to manage patients and get the best possible outcome. Opportunities exist in web and mobile, to empower HCPs through easier access to information and reporting of health data.
The HCP platform offers advanced features across a scalable set of technologies that allow for rapid rollout of the HCP Portal to markets and new features to be implemented on demand vs. through long lead time and release cycles. The information gathered by the analytics set on these portals is central to help derive the value of implemented features and the roadmap of future features, as well as enable data driven business decisions.
This crucial role will ensure the integrity of analytics across all our portals and features globally in partnership with our Development and Product Management team’s Role Responsibilities.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of this position is to act as the metadata & analytics data integrity lead for the HCP team – specific responsibilities include
- In partnership with the Analytics organization and development teams, align on strategy and implement solutions to tag all assets in accordance with the metadata strategy.
- Accountable for the implementation of feature analytics. Create processes to ensure that analytics requirements provided by the Product Management team align with development specifications. Confirm that analytics testing is complete and working as expected.
- Develop plans to implement ongoing audits and remediation activities (when necessary) on existing site, systems, and components to ensure that analytics have been implemented according to the Adobe Analytics Data Layer Specification.
- Define, document, implement, and maintain an end-to-end process for testing analytics working across a highly matrixed and siloed organization
- Conduct ad hoc analyses
- Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional peers, including the Content, Product Managementand Personalization teams
You will be an integral part of the delivery teams and squads, with a primary focus on ensuring meaningful analytics are captured and easily available to business to drive insights.
You will be a self-motivated, detail-orientated team player who enjoys both technical and creative challenges within a fast-paced agile environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3-5 years as an analyst with hands-on experience using the Adobe Analytics Suite.
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an information technology professional in roles such of data analyst or business analyst
- Experience working in an Agile development framework, preferable using SAFE methodology
- Experience working with large diverse teams and managing complexity across different teams to achieve goals
- A history of working in agile, lean and/or continuous delivery development teams
- Experience with cloud-based Web applications and building robust analytics to drive engagement.
