Our client is the brand for Communications and Collaboration. They are one of the world’s leading communications software and services brands, providing integrated communications and collaboration solutions worldwide.

They are looking a talented and enthusiastic Application Architect​.

Responsibilities

  • Creating detailed architectural designs from high level business and IT requirements (both functional and non-functional) and driving these through to production
  • Delivery of solutions that are scalable, resilient, extensible, efficient, secure, and cost-effective
  • Act as an interface between the different teams and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle with respect to architectural issues
  • Data flow analysis
  • Leading or participating in implementation of the architecture
  • Assist in analysis of IT systems portfolio, cost-benefit analysis/Analysis of business processes​​

Education & Profile:

  • Strong analytical skills and an accurate and highly structured working mind set
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communication style
  • Passionate for technology, communications and software development
  • Experience from implementing security requirements as part of the architecture design
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture models, tools and design
  • Experience in OpenScape Enterprise and UC ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of the full application development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • MSc/PhD in Computer Engineering or related field
  • Excellent use of English

Technical Skills:​

  • Solid track record in software development for enterprise grade apps with a broad skill set: client web technologies, JAVA back-end and DBs
  • Complete software project life cycle know-how, with specific emphasis on design and architecture, including system architecture Experience in distributed n-tier and service orientated architectures
  • Working knowledge of design patterns, object orientated design, UML and design methodologies
  • Experience in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
