Our client is a leading European Software, Information and Communication Technologies company, operating internationally (Athens, Brussels, Luxembourg, Copenhagen, Berlin, Stockholm, London, Nicosia, Valetta, Vienna, Den Haag, Hong Kong, etc.) The company employs over 800 engineers, IT experts and consultants. Role
They are looking for a highly motivated C# Software Engineer with knowledge in German (at least B2 and willingness to improve). You may be working remotely from Greece or within the European Union, or from our Thessaloniki or Athens office. You will join our friendly project team that implements challenging applications for major public organizations located in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. They adhere to highest standards in Software development and offer adequate coaching and training, so that you are continuously learning and extending your skills and experience.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
You will participate in the design, implementation and configuration of C# applications. More analytically you will be engaged in:
- Performing customization and development tasks in large-scale applications;
- Assuring effective collaboration within agile team;
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients adhering to highest professional standards and methods;
- Drafting technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or software engineering or equivalent working experience;
- At least one year of experience (ideally 3-10 years) in software development in a professional environment;
- Knowledge of C#, XML and XSD;
- German level B2 or above.
