Role
The job holder will be working towards helping to analyze, designing, programming, testing, documenting, and maintaining software solutions and adhering to their established Change management control. Will be expected to be able to deliver reliable new solutions with no technical debt and be able to estimate and deliver their projects on time. Will also be an integral part of their Incident & Problem management process, helping to resolve any issues within the established SLAs. As a key member of the broader IT delivery team will be working closely with the product teams / client units, software development team and QA team to understand the business systems, processes and needs, and to facilitate and implement business and technology change at a project level.
