Their clientele and operations are expanding outside of Greece with 1st stop the UAE market. Since the summer of 2022 they have established their local presence and have already onboarded clients and integrated with the local food-tech ecosystem. Their Point of Sale is a premium next generation end-to-end comprehensive cloud-based management ERP and operational platform, specialized to offer performance efficiency to All Day Café Bars, Restau-Bars, Beach & Pool Bars, Roof Gardens, Clubs, Hotels with café & bar facilities, Promoters of concerts and festivals, Museums, Spa & beauty centers, etc.
Job brief
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to build and maintain functional web pages and applications.
Senior Web Developer responsibilities include leading a team of junior developers, refining website specifications and resolving technical issues. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience building web pages from scratch and in- depth knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages Javascript, HTML, CSS and frameworks like Angular, Vue, React. Ultimately, you will ensure their web pages are up and running and cover both internal and customer needs.
Responsibilities
● Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
● Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members
● Create wireframes to decide on layout
● Write or review code for various applications
● Run functionality testing and debug code
● Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance
● Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (likegraphics and navigation buttons)
● Ensure their software documentation is up-to-date
● Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive WebsitesRequirements
● Work experience as a Senior Web Developer
● Expertise in at least one programming language, preferably Javascript, HTML, CSS
● Expertise in at least one framework like Angular, Vue, React.
● Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS
● Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools
● Understanding of security practices
● Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
● Team management skills
● BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field
