Our FinTech project is a dynamic banking organization active in seven countries, with total assets of €60.0 billion and 13,512 employees. With a total network of 700 branches in Greece and abroad, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers.
It holds a strategic position in retail and business banking in Bulgaria and Serbia, as well as offering distinguished Wealth Management services in Cyprus, Luxembourg and London and is also present in Romania.
Until now, we have build the biggest Omnichannel in the area of technology in the GR market regarding the FinTech area. We have already implement more than 10 Scrum Teams and now we expand our portfolio of services.
As a PMO Consultant, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery of large-scale, complex Digital and Transformation projects that combine processes with technology to help the clients achieve high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project’s progress
- Identify risks on a timely manner and ensure proper escalation to client management, while proposing mitigation actions
- Evaluate issues significance and impact and ensure their resolution
- Highlight strategic decisions to be made by client management
- Facilitate the communication between all involved stakeholders
- Produce progress reporting documentation following Accenture’s methodology and best practices
Requirements:
- BSc preferably in Informatics or Engineering
- Working experience of 2 or more years in system integration projects
- Very good background in IT ideally combined with MBA
- Previous working experience in Financial Services/ Banking will be considered a strong plus
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in a multicultural information systems environment
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
