We are looking for a passionate PMO Coordinator to join the team in Athens.
The PMO Coordinator is responsible for providing planning, monitoring and coordination to a variety of corporate projects (Credit Servicing & Portfolio Management, Due Diligence advisory, Securitizations) and their delivery as per the mandates and scope to the Business Owners and Project Sponsors.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Actively coordinates supports and manages corporate projects to ensure the delivery of the project as per the triple constraints of time, scope and budget, upholding all quality criteria through the project implementation
  • Communicates in a clear concise manner with project stakeholders, team members, project managers, project sponsors, investors, clients, and c-level executives
  • Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Acts as the Single-point-of-Contact for 3rd parties and Advisors
  • Set ups reports and monitors project and portfolio progress
  • Ensures that appropriate resources are assigned for the project analysis and implementation
  • Supports and enhances were appropriate project management skills within the project teams
  • Monitors project resource capacity and ensure actions to relieve overutilization
  • Sets up Issues and Risk matrices and monitors closely the application of solutions and mitigation actions
  • Reports the projects progress, issues and risks to the senior management team
RequirementsEducation, Skills, Experience
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field; Postgraduate Degree will be considered as an asset
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Project Management, ideally within Financial Services
  • PMP or Prince2 or other PM qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
