So what’s the challenge…
The Salesforce Developer works and contributes on the implementation and support of automations and processes related to our client’s CRM operations. Develops and maintains client’s main CRM Tool implemented with Salesforce Lightning Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud products. Delivers software solutions that meet business objectives and participates, as well, in the maintenance lifecycle of the client’s CRM Platforms.

Your day to day will include:

• Interacting with internal clients, analyzing business and project needs and transforming them to functional and technical requirements and designing tool architecture solutions
• Optimizing the existing Salesforce implementations/configurations and develop new features/enhancements
• Developing web applications and scripts to deliver tools that facilitate internal client projects
• Regularly adjusting existing software tools’ structure (Salesforce CRM) to meet evolving business needs
• Designing and implementing efficient database schemes to meet business needs
• Assisting with projects related to the Sales and Customer Function by applying best practices to existing and new implementations and configurations

What you need to succeed:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research or any other relevant field
• 2+ years’ working experience in configuration and development on the Salesforce platform
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce core concepts, model, process automation, apex, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, events, limits
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (Rest, Bulk, Streaming etc.)
• Experience with APEX coding and testing
• Fluency in CLI(SFDX) and experience working with scratch orgs through development.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud will be considered as a plus
• Salesforce.com Developer Certification (preferred) or Salesforce.com Administrator Certification
• Very good knowledge of Web Services
• Experience with Java development as well as with scripting languages (Bash, Python) for tasks’ automation will be considered a strong asset
• Experience with CI/CD tools is highly desirable
• Experience with Agile development methodologie
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, JIRA etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for the detail
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as a member of a team
• Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
