So what’s the challenge…
The Salesforce Service Cloud Solutions Architect designs and delivers software solutions that meet business objectives using platform best practices as well as participates in the lifecycle support of Salesforce Cloud applications and services. He is responsible for understanding and solving complex, mission critical business problems, creating next-generation solutions and acting as the go-to-expert contact regarding Service Cloud architecture and design.

Your day to day will include:

• Meeting with stakeholders to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participating in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Providing solution design on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Optimizing the existing Salesforce implementations/configurations and designing new features/enhancement
• Displaying robust analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug and resolve technical issues
• Applying best practices to existing and new implementations/configurations
• Identifying, assessing and proposing solutions/initiatives that could improve the current set-up based on Salesforce technology capabilities
• Acting as escalation point for technical issues

What you need to succeed:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research or any other relevant field
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in design and implementation on Salesforce Service Cloud Projects or 6 years experience in CRM domain as a technical consultant, solution designer, software engineer, functional analyst or domain lead
• Salesforce.com and / or other relevant certifications will be considered as an asset
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce core concepts, model, process automation, apex, triggers, events, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Einstein Analytics, Einstein chatbot
• Proven ability to administer and configure the Salesforce system
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs (Rest, Bulk, Streaming etc.)
• Fluency in CLI(SFDX) and experience working with scratch orgs through development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, JIRA etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for the detail
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as a member of a team
• Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and written
