Our client is a leading Enterprise Software and Digital Integrated Solutions and Services provider for large enterprises and organizations of the Private and Public sectors.

The Opportunity

They are looking for motivated, open to new challenges, experienced SAP Professionals, to join their consulting practice, to undertake team leading and team development roles, and to lead service delivery for their customers, in the Public & Private Sector, in Greece and abroad.

Main Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Work closely with Service Delivery Manager to better organize the team, to enhance productivity and to strengthen collaboration between consulting team and projects
• Resource Management and assignment allocation
• Support Recruitment process
• Team Development
• Provide technical expertise and support team members
• Training planning
• Performance Assessments

Service Delivery

• Responsible for certain customers and/or projects (for the area of expertise)
• Solution design for projects and Customer Requests
• Responsible for the team, across all aspects of assigned implementation projects and/or customer requests (incl. business analysis and process design, task assignment to team members etc)
• Responsible for Delivery assignments of the team, in terms Outcomes, Delivery standards and deadlines

Technical Excellence

• Keep updated on SAP offerings and product portfolio
• Extend technology excellence and open to adopt new technologies, such as the Cloud offerings and modern application development frameworks
• Service Delivery methodologies and practices
• Customer facing responsibilities
• Organize and lead customer workshops, in order to provide expertise and to understand business objective
• Ability to interpret business requirements, identify and propose solutions to meet business requirement
• Prepare and deliver presentations as subject matter experts
• Reporting on progress and status for customer assignments

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Operations related fields, such as Business Administration, Financials & Supply Chain
• 10+ years of experience, as a Senior Consultant and/or SAP Consulting Manager/Team Leader, in the SAP Consulting business
• Hands on, technical expertise in one of the core SAP areas, SAP Supply Chain and Logistics, or SAP Financials and Planning
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel) and other team collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Trello etc)
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects as required, in Greece and abroad

Nice to have:

• Multiple Industry exposure (e.g. Retail, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Manufacturing etc)
• Professional certifications (Project Management methodologies, ITIL, SAP certifications etc)

Soft Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset
• Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills in both Greek and English; other languages will be considered a plus
• Team player with ability to work effectively in multi-task environment under tight deadlines
• Team Management skills
