The Role
- Analyze and monitor changes to Visa and Mastercard rules and other standards
- Communicate with Visa, Mastercard and service providers
- Lead a small and agile team of people with focus on BaU’s and automation
- Participate in projects related to acquiring services and products
- Maintain (instructions, guidelines, procedures, etc.)
- Guide the team on the investigation of technical and operational issues in terms of Visa and Mastercard requirements
- Ensure that the internal requirements comply with the rules and regulations set by the international payment systems
Your Profile
- Higher education and work experience in tech and finance preferable
- Previous experience with payments or card networks is a must
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with in-depth understanding of card network requirements in EU
- A thorough understanding of the card brand dispute management rules, response codes, and recommended response data and a thorough
- Experience with transaction handling
- Ability to plan, establish priorities and organize own work as well as team work in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team setting as well as lead a team of professionals
- Excellent written and oral skills both in Greek and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Book-keeping/accounting
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Experience with VOL and MCON
- Experience with Visa’s VROL and MasterCard’s MCOM
