They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their high-caliber Performance Monitoring team.

Role
You will have the opportunity to analyze data for non-performing loans and submit proposals for new actions according to business needs. You will identify trends and patterns of information to drive the business and cooperate with high professional teams across the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform data mining and predictive analytics on areas such as performance and collections optimization/maximization
• Participate in the design of securitization business plans and portfolio recovery models ensuring structure and assumptions reflect portfolio characteristics and historical data
• Automate existing regular Operational, Management and Regulatory reporting, including Securitization reports, or create new automated reports using Data Warehouse and other relational databases
• Assist strategy execution by setting and monitoring the appropriate performance KPIs

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields of analytics and/ or reporting in financial services firms
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related discipline. Master’s Degree will be considered as an asset

Core Competencies & Knowledge

• Experience in data science technologies such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL
• Experience of BI / visualization tools (indicative: Tableau, PowerBI ,QlikSense)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
• Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to cope with new initiatives
• Team-player with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
