Our client holds a leading position as an independent loan and real estate management company in Greece and a growth hub in Southeast Europe. The company with a presence in 17 cities throughout Greece, employs approx. 1.000 employees.

They are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join their high caliber IT team.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor everyday operations of application team and provide regular feedback
• Assist internal departments and provide regular feedback
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of assets with the various departments involved (Customer, IT, Vendor)
• Develop professional relations with customers/vendors and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements
• Analyze business requirements and develop enhancements to achieve same
• Prepare designs and maintain cost for various business application developments
• Work with business and IT teams and manage all project requirements
• Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements
• Develop work schedules and ensure all application work within work schedule
• Manage efficient work of various teams and participate in associate activities
• Perform research for new and present applications
• Prepare documents and evaluate it for accuracy
• Manage and provide support to critical business application systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or other related studies
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in legal processes like Arotron or/and Anti-Money Laundering-Aml or/and property management -Thesis
• Proven working experience in system analysis, including portfolio on/off boarding
• Knowledge of project management and systems development processes and methodologies
• Experience on large scale solution’s implementations with contribution in all phases of IT project lifecycle
• Experience in cooperation with many teams simultaneously (development teams, customers /vendors, end users, project management)
• Experience in areas of expertise: business requirements analysis and process modeling, systems integration, design and planning, documentation preparation, training, uat ,project’s rollout and post live support
• Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly with project sponsors and client teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure
