So, what’s the challenge…
The Corporate Applications Service Delivery Engineer is responsible for the successful drive, delivery and operations of IT project initiatives and enhancements in the domain of Corporate Applications such as warehouse management systems and back-office ERP related applications, or other as assigned.

Your day to day will include:

• Working on different projects of multiple priorities in a fast-paced mode with different internal teams and external vendors & reporting progress
• Being the voice of both the customer and the vendor within the Technology team that helps all engaged parties to understand the new features and processes
• Conducting impact analysis, performing market research, identifying best practices and assessing packaged software in order to identify and propose the most suitable solution
• Transposing business requirements to detailed technical functional specifications addressed to internal and external technology teams
• Designing the technical solution and required integrations
• Identifying potential integrations with existing systems and applications to achieve effective and cost-efficient implementation of software solutions
• Setting project deliverables, associated specifications and completion criteria
• Managing outsourced resources, vendor contracts and software licensing
• Monitoring and following-up the execution of the projects according to business requirements; planning and executing all Change Requests according to the internal Change Management Process
• Providing maintenance, operations and support according to SLAs and following up on incidents and problems

Skills / What you need to succeed:

• BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent STEM. An MSc in relevant topic or MBA will be preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role in complex business environments, as well as technical participation in development/maintenance of, warehouse management systems and and back-office applications (such as financial, legal, hrms, itsm or other).
• Experience in solution design will be considered a plus.
• Working knowledge in logistics and inventory software.
• Experience as technical functional analyst, domain specialist or solution delivery is considered a plus.
• General knowledge of operating systems, physical and virtual environments, networking and database management/SQL is considered a plus.
• Understanding of testing best practices.
• Familiarity with data integration technologies (Web services, JSON, XML, SOAP etc).
• Well acquainted with waterfall and agile methodologies
• Relative certifications (i.e. PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA) will be considered an asset
• Familiarity with PM tools as user (MS Project, Jira, Redmine or similar), and Collaboration tools as user (e.g. MS SharePoint, MS Teams)
• Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and ability to deliver outcomes within strict timeframes
• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills, proven experience in successfully setting and managing customer expectations
• Self-motivation and accountability accompanied with a team spirit
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and English, both in technical and non-technical language
• Self-motivation and goal orientation, fast learner, needing minimum supervision
• A genuine team player, with results-oriented spirit
