Description

Supporting applications and users while following methodology and internal procedures

  • Responsible for requirement analysis and support of specialized software applications
  • Parameterizing existing applications to increase operating efficiency or meet users’ requirements
  • Participating on troubleshooting and user support when required
  • Organizing business / technical workshops
  • Identifying and understanding business processes related to the specific field of expertise
  • Communicating with vendors and internal teams for problem resolution
  • Develop and expand the client partnership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electrical & Computer Engineering / Informatics
  • Work experience in consulting/SW support role for 3-5 years
  • Good understanding and experience in SQL and RDBMS (SQL Server or Oracle)
  • Knowledge of Application servers (Tomcat or WebSphere) will be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Application support experience is necessary and in a bank environment would be considered a plus
  • Previous experience in AML systems and basic understanding of risk and compliance management will be considered a plus
  • Self-motivated, who applies individual initiative to get the job done
