Our client is an award-winning Banking and Investment Management software provider. The company has a presence in 45 countries and offices in key financial centers, where it provides its innovative technology solutions to well-known global financial organizations and FinTech’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a software development team.
• Design, evolve, and maintain product architecture.
• Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Manage Agile processes including sprints, backlog, and ticketing.
• Oversee release management and ensure high-quality, timely deliveries.
• Participate in customer-facing activities such as line reviews and sales calls.
• Align technical execution with business and product objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with the .NET technology stack.
• Solid background in microservices architecture.
• Experience with message brokers (g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
• BS or MS in Computer Science.
• Experience in the Financial sector, preferably Investment-related systems.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role.
