Our client is a leading software development company based in Athens and operating internationally. They design & develop Planning & Scheduling software solutions using state of the art software technology. Their clientele consists of large-scale companies in the Retail, Hospitality, Services and Manufacturing sectors in Greece & abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of our client’s products to their clients.
• Execute manual test cases and analyze results.
• Setup testing/demo environments.
• Submit detailed test and defect reports to the development team.
• Follow up on the defects until their resolution.
• Contribute to technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• A Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or another relevant field.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of SQL.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL & SQL Server.
• Command operating system usage (Linux, Windows Server).
• Hands-on experience in Issue & Project tracking tools.
• 1-year experience in a similar role.
