At A Glance
We are seeking an AI Product Designer & Prototyper to work alongside our client’s AI Lead on customer experiences and enterprise AI solutions for some of their most important clients. You will work close to the moment when new AI ideas are born, turning them into compelling concepts and high-fidelity working prototypes that clients, customers, and stakeholders can actually experience.
You will be part of their AI Consulting team, a hybrid group that combines consulting, customer experience thinking, product thinking, and hands-on prototyping. The team works across business, experience, and technology rather than treating them as separate disciplines.
The playbook for applied AI experiences and solutions is being written. We are looking for someone who wants to help write it.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Our client is a leader in personalized customer experiences. The company is a world-leading Centre of Excellence that helps businesses humanize the relationship between the brand and the customer through hyper-personalization at scale, marketing automation, and CRM. With the brain of a consultancy, the heart of an agency, and the power of technology and data, they work with some of the world’s most admired brands on their transformation journey to becoming truly customer-centric. Together, they are 1000+ technology specialists, data scientists, strategic thinkers, consultants, operations experts, and creative minds from 55+ nationalities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your day balances customer experience thinking, ideation, hands-on prototyping, and pitch preparation. You will move between customer journeys, Figma, vibe-coding tools, AI tools, and client briefs, turning loosely defined opportunities into experiences and solutions people can see, use, and evaluate. There will not always be an established pattern or a finished brief. Part of your role is deciding what the experience or solution should become, and whether AI should be part of it at all.
- Experience and opportunity framing: Look beyond a single screen or application to understand the complete opportunity. Consider customer and business needs, brand ambitions, services, channels,
physical and digital touchpoints, employee roles, and supporting systems. Sometimes the question is not how to improve an existing experience, but what new experience should exist at all. - Working prototypes: Use Figma, Claude Code, Codex, and the tools the work demands to create polished, high-fidelity working prototypes. The work should not only function. It should feel fresh, distinctive, and enjoyable to use. Bring taste and experimentation to the process, avoiding generic AI experiences and finding the form that makes an idea useful and memorable.
- Shaping how AI works: Define the role AI should play within the experience or solution. Consider what it needs to know, when it should act, how it should communicate, how it connects with data and tools, and how it should respond when it is uncertain or unable to help.
- Pitches and demonstrations: Help shape client pitches and opportunity development alongside senior team members. Translate strategic ideas into tangible demonstrations, prepare prototypes for workshops and stakeholder conversations, and explain the thinking clearly.
- Product handover: Develop successful concepts far enough to demonstrate how they should work from end to end. Once an opportunity is sold, package the prototype, rationale, and key decisions so the product and engineering teams can take it forward.
- Practice development: Research emerging AI tools, products, behaviours, and experience patterns. Help the Agentic AI Lab develop stronger methods, reusable foundations, and a point of view on
how brands and businesses can use AI effectively.
Required Qualifications
- You may be newly graduated or have up to three years of relevant experience. Your background could be product design, service design, creative technology, computer science, or something less obvious. They care more about how you think, what you have made, and how quickly you learn than which logo or degree appears on your CV.
- You are fluent with AI tools and understand how agentic workflows are assembled. You can reason about models, context, knowledge, tools, integrations, orchestration, feedback, and guardrails. You can assess feasibility, identify dependencies, and distinguish an exciting demonstration from a solution that could realistically be taken forward.
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating taste, visual judgment, product and UX fundamentals, Figma craft, and the ability to create polished digital experiences that feel fresh and memorable.
- You understand that customer experience extends beyond a screen or application. You can think across journeys, services, channels, environments, brand moments, people, and supporting systems.
- You can turn abstract ideas into clear concepts and tangible prototypes using AI-assisted and vibe- coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
- You work well with ambiguity and direct feedback. You ask useful questions, move quickly, learn through testing, and can drive a defined delivery forward with guidance from senior colleagues.
- You communicate clearly in writing and conversation and are comfortable contributing in client and stakeholder settings.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience designing, developing, or deploying a working AI-powered product or use case, together with the ability to explain how it was created, what you learned, and what you would improve.
- Experience or a strong interest in CRM, loyalty, personalization, marketing automation, branding, or enterprise customer experience platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or Braze.
- Experience exploring conversational, voice, messaging, multi-channel, or connected physical and digital experiences.
Salary (Ind.): 45000-50000 € / Per year Gross
