Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Training procedures, defining comprehensive training strategies and curriculum to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Design and maintain advanced “Smart Templates” (specifically in Microsoft Word) and automation workflows that utilize structured data (arrays) and dynamic image templates to generate consistent, professional documentation efficiently.
• Create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation such as user manuals, API guides, and product specifications, translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather technical information, ensure content accuracy, and regularly update documentation to reflect product changes and new features.
• Organize and structure content logically to enhance user experience, ensuring strict consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation through automated tools and rigorous proofreading.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases and assist in the creation of multimedia content (diagrams, screenshots, videos) to complement written documentation and support the training curriculum.
• Work with UX/UI teams to integrate documentation into products when applicable and ensure the final output meets quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Writing, Training Management, or Instructional Design, with a proven track record of leading teams or managing projects.
• Deep expertise in Word Processing Programs and automation (Styles, Content Controls, Field Codes), with the specific ability to design “Smart Templates” that dynamically handle images and populate tables using structured data (arrays/lists).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinking capabilities to plan and execute long-term training roadmaps, including onboarding flows and certification paths for staff and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and high quality across all documentation and training deliverables.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and other documentation tools is highly desirable.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, UX/UI).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for delivering, tracking, and managing training programs.
• Familiarity with structured authoring methodologies (e.g., DITA) or component content management systems (CCMS).
• Basic understanding of scripting or low-code automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, VBA, or Power Automate) to streamline documentation and training processes.
• Experience using analytics or user feedback to measure documentation effectiveness and continuously improve training content.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive content design principles for documentation and learning materials.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with distributed or international teams.
