Web Developer & IT Support Teammate
At A Glance
We are looking for a versatile and driven Web Developer & IT Support Teammate to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys working across web development, digital platforms, and IT support in an educational environment. The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for the maintenance and development of their websites, Moodle learning platform, and CRM system, while also providing technical support to academic staff and students.
The Web Developer & IT Support Teammate will play a key role in supporting the college’s digital ecosystem. This includes ensuring that our client’s online platforms are secure, updated, and running smoothly, as well as assisting with technical needs related to teaching and learning activities.

Our client is a well-established higher education institution focused on providing industry-oriented academic and professional education. They offer undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programs across a diverse range of fields, combining academic excellence with practical, career-focused learning. The institution works closely with the business community and industry, supporting students and professionals in developing the skills and knowledge required to succeed in today’s evolving job market.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the college’s Moodle learning platform.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the college websites.
- Support and update the college’s CRM system.
- Provide technical support to staff, professors, and students in the use of LMS and CRM systems.
- Ensure systems remain secure, updated, and fully operational.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the above systems.
- Provide technical support for academic activities and events.
- Support Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, and similar applications.
- Create and maintain documentation and user manuals.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent WordPress knowledge.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Knowledge of template and theme customization.
- Good knowledge of Moodle.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and databases.
- Basic understanding of hosting, server administration, backups, and security.
- Familiarity with SFTP and server file management.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SEO and web security.
- Previous experience in an educational environment.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365.
Salary (Ind.): 1400-1600 € / Per month Gross
