SAP FICO Support

As part of the SAP Support team, you will contribute to the reliable operation and continuous improvement of SAP solutions supporting key business and financial processes.

Your responsibilities will include: 

● Investigating and troubleshooting SAP-related incidents and requests raised by business users through the ticketing system.

● Collaborating with internal teams and external SAP advisors to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues.

● Supporting issues related to SAP FICO configuration, platform customization and integration flows with other enterprise systems.

● Performing preventive checks and supporting activities that help maintain system stability, reliability and quality.

● Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of solution documentation, user guides and training materials.

● Supporting the preparation of RFIs, RFPs and RFQs for SAP solutions and professional services within METLEN’s vendor ecosystem.

● Contributing to the evaluation and implementation of SAP-related solutions and services.

● Supporting activities that ensure SAP solutions comply with applicable corporate policies, procedures and governance standards.

● Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system support actions.

Salesforce Support 

As part of the Salesforce Support team, you will help ensure the smooth operation, quality and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions used across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include: 

● Investigating and troubleshooting Salesforce-related incidents and requests raised by business users through the ticketing system.

● Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external Salesforce advisors to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

● Supporting issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization and integration flows with other enterprise systems.

● Performing preventive checks to maintain platform quality, stability and reliability.

● Assisting in the preparation of solution documentation, user guides and training materials.

● Supporting the preparation of RFIs, RFPs and RFQs for Salesforce solutions and professional services within METLEN’s vendor ecosystem.

● Contributing to Salesforce solution and service evaluation activities.

● Supporting compliance with applicable corporate policies, procedures and governance requirements.

● Working with business users to understand their needs and provide effective application support.
