Outsourcing Services Project Manager Associate

The Outsourcing Services Project Manager Associate will be responsible for managing the capability of technical teams and/or individual resources, cost planning and analysis, monitoring progress, conducting 1:1s or team catch-ups to overview life within their project. All of this takes place within the framework of achieving the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers on the same project to support team coordination and resource management.
• Responsible for people development in outsourcing projects, following the internal development model.
• Responsible for onboarding and inductions for new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the outsourcing project.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the well-being and effectiveness of resources.
• Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with resources to understand their day-to-day experience.
• Identify and escalate people-related issues to the upper management in a timely manner.
• Help monitor resource allocation, demand and supply, as well as overall team satisfaction.
• Assist with cost tracking and basic profitability analysis.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to upper management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in people support, resource coordination, or project assistance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Good proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and support people development and team operations.

• Basic understanding of technology concepts or a software development-agnostic background.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to supporting people.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships within the team.
