Our client is a privately owned bank established in Greece in 2002, initially operating as a specialist financier in the Shipping sector, where it quickly gained the trust of participants in this demanding and highly specialized market. Alongside its core Shipping activities, our client has expanded its services into Corporate Finance, Trade Finance, Renewable Energy Lending, Commercial Real Estate Lending, and Private Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation and development through implementation and post- go live.
• Coordinate cross-functional and technical teams and ensure alignment among all relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues, taking appropriate action where required.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with agreed quality standards.
• Track and measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders and management.
• Support post-go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or another relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in projects related to application development and implementation. Any reference to projects related to the banking sector will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in medium- to large-scale enterprise application implementation or migration projects.
• Business analysis experience or strong business analysis capabilities.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Project and/or JIRA.
• PMI, PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
