Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Controlling the analysis phase.
• Estimating and developing project plans and requirements specifications.
• Managing team capacity, utilization and resource forecasting across multiple projects.
• Ensuring that our configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead, securing that follow up, planning and time spend is overseen
• Managing relationships with client and stakeholders, including motivating your colleagues in their day-to-day tasks.
• Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes, governance and ways of working across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with either; Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud.
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation.
• A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general.
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Great communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical language.
• A strong experience in managing project risks, dependencies, incidents and escalations, while effectively partnering with clients and stakeholders to navigate technical challenges, drive delivery decisions and ensure successful project outcomes.
• The ability to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities that improve project delivery, ways of working, stakeholder communication, and team effectiveness.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience working with API integrations and third-party marketing/CRM platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or similar project management certification.
• Experience delivering projects for large enterprise / international clients.
