Key Responsibilities

• Manage a local delivery team of up to 15 people.
• Manage daily operations and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with other departments.
• Setting the standard for a high-performing, collaborative and trusting team culture.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and drive operational optimizations within a standardized service setup.

For the right candidate, this role can open the door to a Global Operations Manager position, expanding your scope to leading delivery teams across their four locations globally and taking commercial ownership of your client’s global operational services.

• Experience in Marketing Operations, Consultancy, or Agency environments.
• Experience with process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to commercial management, service delivery, or account management.
