Solution Architect (Java)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and documenting scalable, secure, and high-performing back-end solutions based on Java technologies. You will translate business requirements into robust technical architectures, guide development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. This role ensures alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards and provides technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and document solution architecture in collaboration with stakeholders and other architects.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and Tech Lead.
- Validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Mentor developers and provide technical assistance on complex tasks.
- Monitor implementation progress and validate final delivery against design.
- Create architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and technical
- Define technology stack and patterns for Java-based back-end solutions.
- Oversee code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams for seamless execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in software development with strong focus on Java back-end technologies.
- 3+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Databases (SQL, NoSQL), Messaging Systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Understanding of security principles, performance optimization, and scalability patterns.

Salary (Ind.): 3800-4100 € / Per month Gross
