Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade software applications using the .NET technology stack.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain existing applications and systems in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with client development teams, architects, and project leaders.
• Participate in Agile or hybrid Agile delivery processes, including planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Support integration efforts with internal systems, external APIs, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance requirements, especially in regulated environments.
• Actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in .NET development.
• Professional experience with exposure to real production environments beyond academic projects.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise application development.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, or full-stack development.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Previous experience in enterprise, consulting, or regulated environments such as Energy or Financial Services.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a distributed, client-driven development team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability to structured enterprise environments and client delivery standards.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and commitment to long-term project engagement.
