ERP & Business Systems Manager

We are looking for an experienced ERP & Business Systems Manager to join our client’s growing team. At our client’s, the ERP & Business Systems Manager holds full operational, functional, and administrative responsibility for the company’s ERP and other critical business systems. The role acts as a strategic business enabler, ensuring that information systems effectively support the company’s strategy, efficiency, control, and sustainable growth. The position has end-to-end ownership, from strategy and design to implementation, operation, user adoption, and continuous improvement.

Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing company based in Greece, specializing in asset and property management with a strong focus on professional and hospitality real estate. They manage a diverse portfolio that includes hotels and luxury suites, residential properties, office spaces, logistics centers, and development land.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement the ERP & Business Systems strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Define and manage ERP roadmap, release planning, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Establish ERP governance framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, internal controls, audit readiness).
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and adoption of new technologies (automation, BI, AI).
2. Business Requirements & Solution Design
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across all departments.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Design ERP solutions, blueprints, and architecture, including integrations with third-party systems.
- Evaluate new applications and technologies based on business value and ROI.
3. Implementation & Vendor Management
- Lead and oversee ERP implementation, upgrades, and expansion projects.
- Manage external partners, integrators, and vendors (SLAs, timelines, deliverable quality).
- Ensure deliverables completeness and formal acceptance within time and budget.
- Coordinate UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
4. Operations, Data & Controls
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of ERP data.
- Define and manage user roles, access rights, and approval workflows.
- Configure the system based on business needs.
- Monitor compliance with ERP processes through audits and reporting.
- Ensure information security policies, backup & disaster recovery, and business continuity (BCP).
- Monitor and manage cybersecurity risks.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
5. Training, Adoption & Performance
- Design and oversee training programs for end users and new employees.
- Ensure high user adoption and proper system usage.
- Develop and maintain manuals, procedures, and documentation.
- Define and monitor KPIs for efficiency, productivity, and business value of ERP.
6. Budget & Reporting
- Prepare and manage ERP & Business Systems budget.
- Monitor costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Provide regular reporting to Management on performance, risks, and system outlook.
7. Team Management
- Manage and develop the ERP Business Analyst, set goals, and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate closely with the company’s IT department.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Project management experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office / Visio).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SOFTONE).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Understanding or experience in SQL and basic scripting (JavaScript) for reporting/integrations.
- ERP vendor certifications are considered a strong advantage.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with HMS (e.g., Protel), CMMS (e.g., Coswin8i), Accounting systems (e.g., Calculus, PBS).
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Management Reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Understanding of cloud architectures and SaaS ERP models.
- Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
Salary (Ind.): 55000-65000 € / Per year Gross
