Our client was founded in Athens in 2002 and is a privately-owned pharmaceutical Company, developing and supplying generics value added products with a global portfolio. Their expertise covers all aspects of product development from API sourcing up to market release. They provide a broad portfolio of products and intellectual property to leading pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud across multiple business functions.
• Acts as the main point of contact between business departments, external SAP consultants and internal IT teams.
• Gathers, analyzes and documents business requirements and translates them into functional specifications.
• Supports process mapping and processes redesign activities during the migration from Business Central to SAP.
• Monitors project timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Participates in workshops, testing activities (UAT), SOPs drafting and review, data validation and go-live preparation.
• Coordinates user training sessions and supports change management activities.
• Ensures proper documentation of business processes, system configurations and supports procedures.
• Provides ongoing post go-live support to end users and contributes to the continuous enhancement and optimization of SAP solutions.
• Collaborates with all respective departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Assists in incident management, issues tracking and coordination with SAP partners.
• Acts as a long-term internal point of reference for SAP-related
  guidance, support and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of change management and user support within SAP environments (both technical and non-technical stakeholders).
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills. (I believe this is mentioned in the 1st bullet).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP certification(s) will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working with external implementation partners or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with SAP reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience working in international or multi-site SAP environments.
