We are seeking a Mid-Level RPA Developer to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will design and deliver scalable automation solutions using Power Automate, UI automation, and database-driven orchestration. You will work across modern and legacy systems, integrating workflows via APIs, SQL databases, and UI automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using
Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), UI automation (web, desktop, terminal systems). - Automate processes across legacy (mainframe/terminal) and modern applications.
- Integrate automation with systems using APIs where possible (API-first approach)
- Optimize automations by balancing API calls, UI automation, Database-driven logic.
- Build reusable and scalable automation components.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in RPA / automation development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), UI automation (web & desktop).
- Proven experience working with terminal/mainframe systems
- Solid knowledge of SQL (Query development, Stored procedures (preferred), Data-driven orchestration).
- Experience designing automation logic across multiple systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and orchestration patterns.
- Familiarity with insurance domain processes .
Salary (Ind.): 3000-3200 € / Per month Gross
