Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using
  Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), UI automation (web, desktop, terminal systems).
• Automate processes across legacy (mainframe/terminal) and modern applications.
• Integrate automation with systems using APIs where possible (API-first approach)
• Optimize automations by balancing API calls, UI automation, Database-driven logic.
• Build reusable and scalable automation components.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in RPA / automation development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), UI automation (web & desktop).
• Proven experience working with terminal/mainframe systems
• Solid knowledge of SQL (Query development, Stored procedures (preferred), Data-driven orchestration).
• Experience designing automation logic across multiple systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and orchestration patterns.
• Familiarity with insurance domain processes .
