The bank is accelerating the evolution of its digital channels and customer journeys while expanding its technology capabilities through modern platforms, agile delivery models, and strategic innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs within the digital banking domain.
• Analyze and support the implementation of AI-based functionalities and projects.
• Gather, document, and maintain functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams.
• Create and manage test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform testing activities (functional, UAT, regression).
• Record, track, and manage defects.
• Support project delivery and contribute to the improvement of digital customer journeys.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a digital environment within a bank or FinTech organization.
• Knowledge of banking products (Deposits, Cards, Payments)
• Experience in Business Analysis, business and functional requirements gathering, user story creation, and documentation
• Experience in functional, UAT, and regression testing, including test case execution through Azure DevOps, defect tracking, documentation, and user story validation.
• Good command of the English language.
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Azure (Boards, Test Plans, etc.), understanding of APIs, basic understanding of AI concepts.
