You will be joining a FinTech project for a dynamic banking organization active in seven countries, with total assets of €60.0 billion and 13,512 employees. With a total network of 700 branches in Greece and abroad, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers. It holds a strategic position in retail and business banking in Bulgaria and Serbia, as well as offering distinguished Wealth Management services in Cyprus, Luxembourg and London and is also present in Romania. Until now, we had build the biggest Omnichannel in the area of technology in the GR market regarding the FinTech area. We had already implement more than 10 Scrum Teams and now we expand our portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Collaborate with team members and support team performance and delivery objectives.
• Contribute to key technical and business decisions in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Provide effective solutions to complex problems within your team and across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or any relevant field.
• Experience to different application development approaches.
• Expert proficiency in Spring Boot is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Java Software Development, Configuration & Release Management, and Design & Build Enablement, as well as intermediate proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), are recommended.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Familiarity with Configuration & Release Management practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring peers.
• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
