We are searching for an experienced AI Engineer to join our client’s Agentic Transformation Group and help define the future of enterprise AI. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that operate at scale, building the infrastructure, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation systems that make agentic applications reliable, secure, and production-ready. Working with world-renowned brands such as Coca-Cola, IKEA, Volvo, and DELL, you’ll combine advanced AI techniques with strong engineering practices to deliver transformative solutions that push the boundaries of what autonomous systems can achieve.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Agentic Transformation Group, you will be:
- Developing, deploying, and optimizing intelligent AI agents that meet project objectives while adhering to all business and technical constraints.
- Developing the end-to-end infrastructure needed to deploy, orchestrate, and scale multi-agent crews across both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Staying up to date with AI advancements, integrating new techniques into their practice, and creating new capabilities when the state-of-the-art falls short.
- Developing methods and tools for continuously testing their agents and ensuring they perform efficiently, remain aligned, and maintain robustness under diverse conditions.
- Collaborating with fellow engineers, data scientists, business architects, and value engineers to design and implement solutions that meet their clients’ needs.
Required Qualifications
Our client is looking for someone with a proactive, can-do attitude who is ready to tackle complex, multi-component system architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with a proven track record of building production-grade backend systems, data pipelines, or machine learning architectures.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, CI/CD, and system observability.
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical designs for multi-component systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional global teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with, or hands-on experience using, open-weight and closed LLMs.
- Exposure to modern agentic technologies (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and agentic protocols (e.g., MCP, A2A).
- Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and embedding-based architectures.
- An interest in enterprise AI governance, safety, alignment, verification workflows, or reinforcement learning.
- Bonus: Any proven track record of building AI agents with tool-use capabilities in production is a massive plus.
Salary (Ind.): 35000-45000 € / Per year Gross
