Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution according to project priorities and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to define technical strategy and delivery roadmap.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and ensure alignment with best practices and scalability standards.
  • Develop and test quality features end-to-end using modern best practices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development principles.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Drive code refactoring initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the team and support the professional growth of team members.

Required Qualifications 

  • BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in web application development.
  • Previous experience in leading or mentoring a development team.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS.
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core / .NET Framework) or Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with TypeScript and Angular (2+).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of stateless Single Page Applications and APIs (REST, SOAP etc.).
  • Experience in designing scalable and maintainable architectures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework.
  • Understanding of OWASP web security principles.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and task management tools (Jira, Teamwork etc.).
  • Experience in public sector or large-scale enterprise projects.

Salary (Ind.): 3500-4200 € / Per month Gross
