We are looking for a skilled and analytical Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys working with diverse data sources and transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions.
The Data Analytics Engineer will play a key role in supporting our client’s data-driven ecosystem. This includes working with data from Business Intelligence, HR and Recruitment, Alarm Monitoring, Video Systems, Patrol Operations, IoT devices, ERP/CRM platforms, and Mobile Applications, transforming raw and fragmented data into actionable insights that can support business performance and decision-making.

With extensive experience in demanding security projects, the company focuses on delivering reliable, technology-driven solutions that ensure safety, business continuity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Develop data models, data warehouses, and analytics datasets.
- Build interactive dashboards and executive reports.
- Analyze operational, HR, and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Integrate data from APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation.
- Support AI-driven analytics and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and working with JSON data.
- Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in RDBMS or NoSQL.
- Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake.
- Spark or Kafka.
- AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
- Docker, Kubernetes.
Salary (Ind.): 2500-3000 € / Per month Gross
