Responsibilities
SAP First Level Support:
- SAP Helpdesk responsible – support to SAP users through our client’s Service Desk
- Act as a liaison with the SAP Partners (Implementors) and our client’s SAP users
- Develop functional understanding of operations needed for 1st level support
- Ensure the stability of SAP SAAS Cloud infrastructure in collaboration with the SAP SAAS Team and SAP Partner
SAP Second Level Support:
One or more of the following areas should be covered depending on the relevant experience:
- Basic Basis services and support for custom developments including reports, interfaces, batch jobs, certificates, and IDOCs
- Access Management and Auditing
- Support on one or more of SAP ERP modules (FICO, MM, SD, MM, miniHR) and/or SAP Field Service Management
User and Process Governance:
- Maintain an internal knowledge base for internal use
- Identify training needs for end-users
- Global Template Design Governance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the SAP ecosystem
- Generate reports with insights on business’s operational efficiency and decision-making processes
Requirements
- BSc Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field area
- Proficient at least in one of SAP ERP modules/areas (FI, CO, SD, MM, CS, Basis, Access Management) and/or Field Service Management Solutions.
- Understanding of SAP user role management, security, and compliance.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in SAP projects
- Understanding of the end-to-end incident management life cycle
- Fluency in Greek & English language
