We are seeking recent graduates and junior professionals passionate about technology and innovation to join our full-time, paid Appian Academy program in collaboration with our client, a leading global professional services company designed to equip you with the skills to excel in the low-code development ecosystem.

Program Overview

This comprehensive program spans 3 to 4 months and includes:

• 4 weeks of structured, Appian Academy-based training to master foundational concepts.
• 8 to 12 weeks of hands-on, project-based experience working on real-life Appian projects to solidify your skills.

Learning Outcomes

As a participant, you will:

• Design and develop Appian applications tailored to real-world client needs.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance applications to meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement client requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest Appian features and maintain certifications.
• Produce technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications

To qualify, you should have:

• BSc and/or MSc in any STEM-related field.
• For Entry Level candidates: Basic programming knowledge, including data structures, algorithms, and software development principles from personal projects and academic experience. Java and SQL experience is a plus.
• For experienced candidates: Experience with Java Development (any framework), SQL databases. Working experience with jBPM, Camunda or any other BPMS/low code platform is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, experience with client facing roles.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• For males: Fulfilled military obligations.
• Located in Thessaloniki or willingness to relocate there.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
