ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital organization powers our client with putting medicines in the hands of patients, while maintaining the highest standards of innovative digital solutions. The Digital PGS Creation Center Team enables Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) to win the digital race in pharma and provides innovative digital solutions that unleashes the power of their people by allowing them to focus their time on value-add activities. Their solutions accelerate key PGS initiatives and help PGS sites realize benefits of continuous improvement more rapidly. Solution Design & Adoption (SD&A) is a multidisciplinary team that enables End to End user experience efforts from the needs assessment through delivery and experience measurement, by using collaborative methods with a user-centered focus to ensure the best digital solutions are in the hands of their PGS and Digital PGS colleagues.
Their team consists of two main areas under which their disciplines are divided across. Solution Design focuses on User Research, Design Strategy, Product Design and Design Systems Framework. Solution Adoption focuses on Trainings, Communications and Change Management of their digital PGS solutions. Their team operates as a horizontal shared service to enable the full Digital PGS creation center. (Digital Manufacturing, Digital Quality, Digital Supply, & Digital Site)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr Associate – Product Design & User Experience (UX) Research colleague’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the vision and strategy of uniting all solutions under a common set of design practices, design standards, and visual language
- Translate insights and strategy into tangible design proposals to inspire and advance innovation
- Support design teams to scope initiatives, identify priorities, and deliver projects that have multiple stakeholders and moving parts within an Agile framework
- Create design-led approaches to complex problems involving people, processes, and systems
- Produce deliverables including personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, test plans, personas, and user journeys to communicate with stakeholders
- Strong visual design skills · Monitor and track progress throughout development and maintain quality of standards
- Identify and understand business context, demands, and opportunities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Product, Service, Interaction Design or related field
- A solid understanding and demonstration of user centric design principles. An advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools primarily Figma and design systems
- Ability to collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary and global teams
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a solutions-oriented attitude toward any risks and challenges
- Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems
- Organized, able to act independently, and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity in emergent technologies and how to apply them to different business challenges
- Ability to confidently present work and to accept or provide constructive feedback
- Experience utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Agile, or equivalent certification highly desirable
- Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing Industry experience a plus
