We implement all the re-engineering to cutting edge technologies, all the applications in FinTech Sector, from Architecture to new mobile application services in the Greek Market.
Investigate and manage identified issues (troubleshooting) using technical tools.
Provide 1st level support for digital banking products.
Collaborate with technical implementation teams to resolve issues.
Basic knowledge of Back-End programming (e.g., C#, APIs).
Experience using testing & troubleshooting tools (e.g., Postman).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Quick learning ability and solid technical understanding.
