Role Overview
We are looking for an Intern Software Engineer to join our team and support the development of a large-scale insurance digital transformation project. The role is ideal for a student eager to take their first professional step in software development and gain real experience in a modern Java-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of backend components using Java
- Collaborate with the team to implement new features and resolve issues
- Participate in code reviews and documentation activities
- Learn and apply best practices in software engineering
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Academic or project experience with Java
- Strong motivation to learn and grow professionally
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate in a structured environment
- GitHub profile demonstrating academic or personal work is highly valued
Project Context
The internship is part of an ongoing Insurance Project, one of the largest and most digitally advanced insurance providers in Greece, focused on enhancing and modernizing its customer-facing digital services.
