Description
This training program ย is designed for all office employees of all functions/departments, in order to establish the foundation for an AI-ready workforce and equip the participants with the essential knowledge on how to utilize GenAI to increase their productivity in all aspects of daily operations.
Key Objectives
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand AI Fundamentals
- Differentiate between Generative AI, Machine Learning, and related concepts such as tokens, hallucinations, bias, and agents.
- Explore an overview of popular AI tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Perplexity.
- Apply Effective Prompt Engineering
- Use the TRACI framework (Task, Role, Audience, Create, Intent) to structure effective prompts.
- Apply advanced prompting techniques, including delimiters, chain-of-thought, and zero/one/few-shot methods, to optimize AI interactions.
- Enhance Productivity with Generative AI
- Work with text: draft, write, modify content, adjust tone, summarize information, and extract insights efficiently.
- Work with data: analyze Excel datasets, identify trends and patterns, and create graphs for actionable insights.
- Work with visuals: generate images with DALLยทE, create infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Promote Responsible and Ethical AI Use
- Recognize and mitigate AI hallucinations and bias.
- Implement human-in-the-loop verification processes to ensure accuracy.
- Follow best practices and guardrails for ethical, safe, and responsible AI deployment.
Target Audience
All employees from all departments who want to learn how to use Generative AI effectively.
Prerequisite Knowledge
- No coding or AI background required
- General digital literacy and basic familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint is helpful
Classroom
Sessions can be delivered:
- Live online via video conferencing platforms, with recording available for later review
- Interactive workshops with practical exercises, real-time demonstrations, and collaborative activities
- Hybrid approach combining live online delivery with on-site support if needed
The teaching methodology combines presentations, live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions to ensure participants actively practice AI in realistic work scenarios.
