The company is currently undergoing a major transformation in its data ecosystem, evolving its enterprise data warehouse environment and investing in next-generation platforms for analytics, automation, and service personalization.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong systems integration experience to join our Consulting & Engineering team as an AI Consultant/Solution Architect. You’ll be responsible for driving the technical vision and execution of AI-augmented projects—not necessarily by building models yourself, but by identifying opportunities where AI can create value and architecting how such initiatives are integrated into our systems and platforms.

This is a hybrid role blending product ownership, technical design & implementation, and solution delivery. AI/ML expertise is a nice-to-have, but architectural design principles, integration knowledge, and hands-on engineering experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze internal platforms, systems and delivery operations to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements or automation.
• Evaluate feasibility, ROI, and business impact of AI use cases—then turn them into actionable technical initiatives.
• Lead the technical design and system integration efforts across multiple platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Contribute to clear and technically sound specifications for Engineering teams to execute on.
• Act as the technical owner across the AI solution lifecycle—from ideation to integration and launch.
• Partner with internal engineers, consultants and business stakeholders to bring AI initiatives to life.
• Advocate for scalable, well-documented design and development practices.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in mid-to-large scale platforms with multiple system touchpoints.
• Strong background in system architecture, integration patterns, API design, and platform engineering.
• Proven experience translating business needs into well-scoped, technically sound solutions.
• Experience acting as a bridge between business, technical, and delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, including scalability, modularity, and extensibility
• Strong communication and documentation skills in both technical and non-technical settings.
• Curiosity and openness to learn about AI/ML technologies and their real-world applications.
