Our FinTech project is a dynamic banking organization active in seven countries, with total assets of €60.0 billion and 13,512 employees. With a total network of 700 branches in Greece and abroad, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers. It holds a strategic position in retail and business banking in Bulgaria and Serbia, as well as offering distinguished Wealth Management services in Cyprus, Luxembourg and London and is also present in Romania.

Until now, we have build the biggest Omnichannel in the area of technology in the GR market regarding the FinTech area. We have already implement more than 10 Scrum Teams and now we expand our portfolio of services.​

• Design, develop, and maintain business process workflows using BPM tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate BPM solutions with existing systems and services.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance process performance.
• Ensure adherence to coding, quality, and security standards within the banking project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development or BPM-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with BPM packages such as jBPM, IBM BPM, Camunda, or Appian.
• Experience with Business Rules Management solutions (e.g., Drools, DMN-based solutions).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with Java development.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
