Our client, a leading global organization in the shipping and logistics sector is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their Digital Transformation Team. This is an exciting mid-level opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the company’s ERP system while gaining exposure to innovative low-code technologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams. Experience in the maritime industry is not required but would be a distinct advantage, as would experience in adjacent sectors such as logistics or transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business needs and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Support the ongoing transformation and configuration of the ERP system, contributing to the modernization of core business processes.
• Serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
• Conduct process mapping and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting during system implementations.
• Explore opportunities for process automation and support the adoption of low-code technologies for future initiatives.
• Create user documentation, and training materials, and provide support for system users.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5 years experience in a Business Analyst or related role, ideally with exposure to systems transformation projects.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and willingness to contribute to system configuration and optimization.
