General

Experienced CRM Business Analyst for requirements’ gathering, analysis, process (re)design and testing of technology solution for a CRM Transformation program.

Responsibilities

  • Understand IT & Business needs, identify & document day-to-day and strategic challenges and objectives.
  • Drive discussions and provide consultation on the transformation and ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Analyze and evaluate AS-IS and TO-BE business processes incl. new functionalities, to define/propose system/ business requirements.
  • Support development team by writing concise specifications and resolving ambiguities in a timely fashion.
  • Support quality technical delivery by writing test cases and/or conducting acceptance testing as necessary.
  • Collaborate efficiently within a broader team (business analysts, technical experts, visual designers) that ensures the smooth delivery of the project under the agreed plan while leveraging your specialist’s expertise and business knowledge.
  • Leverage their international assets and expertise to bring new ideas to the clients

Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of prior working experience as a Business Analyst in Enterprise Business Applications for Custom or Packaged CRM solutions (i.e., MS Dynamics, Salesforce), preferably in the Finance sector
  • Experienced in Analysis, Design, Testing, Product Development & Innovation
  • Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects.
  • Basic task management via platforms (i.e., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
  • Basic Office Suite experience (Word, Excel) & experience in documentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels
  • Greek native language and fluent in English
  • Self-motivated with strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to work creatively and analytically
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies will be considered a plus
  • Experience in Software Delivery will be considered a plus
  • CRM certifications on packaged solutions will be considered a plus
  • Relevant experience in a reputable international consulting company or a Financial Services company will be considered a plus
