Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions using C#, HTML, JavaScript, Business Processes, PowerApps, and Power Automate 
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and analyse requirements 
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 with other business applications and third-party systems using PowerPlatform and other integration tools 
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM solutions 
  • Trouble shooting and implementation of updates, patches, and enhancements as needed 
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system 

Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or proven working experience as a CRM Dynamics 365 Developer  
  • Understanding of MS D365 capabilities and architecture and the ability to determine the best approach as to when to employ out of the box configurations vs. custom development 
  • Strong background as a developer with expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant programming languages 
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPlatform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders 
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
