About the Role
We are seeking for an experienced ERP Coordinator to support and coordinate our client’s transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SAPS/4HANA Cloud. This is a permanent position with long-term career prospects beyond the migration project. Following the transition phase, the role will continue to focus on SAP process support, user guidance, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, external implementation partners and internal IT teams, ensuring successful delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of SAP processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud across multiple business functions.
- Acts as the main point of contact between business departments, external SAP consultants and internal IT teams.
- Gathers, analyzes and documents business requirements and translates them into functional specifications.
- Supports process mapping and processes redesign activities during the migration from Business Central to SAP.
- Monitors project timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
- Participates in workshops, testing activities (UAT), SOPs drafting and review, data validation and go-live preparation.
- Coordinates user training sessions and supports change management activities.
- Ensures proper documentation of business processes, system configurations and supports procedures.
- Provides ongoing post go-live support to end users and contributes to the continuous enhancement and optimization of SAP solutions
- Collaborates with all respective departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assists in incident management, issues tracking and coordination with SAP partners.
- Acts as a long-term internal point of reference for SAP-related
guidance, support and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of solid experience in SAP coordination, SAP support, SAP consulting or SAP project roles. Hands-on involvement in SAP implementation, migration or transformation projects, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Good understanding of SAP business processes across areas such as Finance, Operations, Procurement or Supply Chain. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications and process improvements.
- Experience collaborating with external SAP implementation partners and coordinating between business and technical teams. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP platforms will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of change management and user support within SAP environments (both technical and non-technical stakeholders).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills. (I believe this is mentioned in the 1st bullet).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Desirable Qualifications
- SAP certification(s) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working with external implementation partners or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience working in international or multi-site SAP environments.
