Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing company based in Greece, specializing in asset and property management with a strong focus on professional and hospitality real estate. They manage a diverse portfolio that includes hotels and luxury suites, residential properties, office spaces, logistics centers, and development land.
About the Role
We are looking for an ERP Developer to join our client’s team and contribute to the development, customization, and optimization of their ERP system (SoftOne). In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, developing integrations with third-party systems, and ensuring data integrity and system performance.
You will work closely with business stakeholders and the ERP & Business Systems Manager to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and debug ERP solutions based on business and technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions according to functional and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain integrations (APIs, interfaces, bridges) between ERP and third-party systems
- Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Ensure code quality, system performance, and compliance with internal IT standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development guidelines
- Support ERP Consultants and contribute to end-user training when needed
- Develop reports, dashboards, and custom queries
- Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (experience with SoftOne will be considered a plus)
- Solid experience with SQL and JavaScript
- Experience with integrations and APIs
- Good understanding of business processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good command of English
Nice to Have
- Experience with BI tools and data analysis software
- Knowledge of HMS, CMMS, or Accounting systems
- Cloud technologies
