Our FinTech project is a dynamic banking organization active in seven countries, with total assets of €60.0 billion and 13,512 employees. With a total network of 700 branches in Greece and abroad, it offers a comprehensive range of financial products and services to its retail and corporate customers. It holds a strategic position in retail and business banking in Bulgaria and Serbia, as well as offering distinguished Wealth Management services in Cyprus, Luxembourg and London and is also present in Romania. Until now, we had build the biggest Omnichannel in the area of technology in the GR market regarding the FinTech area. We had already implement more than 10 Scrum Teams and now we expand our portfolio of services.
As an Full Stack Software Engineer (Java & React), you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or any relevant field
- 2+ years experience to different application development approaches
- Expert proficiency in Spring Boot and React is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Java Software Development, Configuration & Release Management, and Design & Build Enablement, as well as intermediate proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), are recommended.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
