The Role
As a Full-Stack Team Lead, you will combine hands-on development with team leadership responsibilities. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution according to project priorities and timelines
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to define technical strategy and delivery roadmap
- Participate in architectural decisions and ensure alignment with best practices and scalability standards
- Develop and test quality features end-to-end using modern best practices
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development principles
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Drive code refactoring initiatives and continuous improvement
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team and support the professional growth of team members
Essential Qualifications / Skills
- BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in web application development
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring a development team
- Strong understanding of RDBMS
- Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core / .NET Framework) or Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with TypeScript and Angular (2+)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Strong understanding of stateless Single Page Applications and APIs (REST, SOAP etc.)
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable architectures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework
- Understanding of OWASP web security principles
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile methodologies and task management tools (Jira, Teamwork etc.)
- Experience in public sector or large-scale enterprise projects
